Review 👑🎬🏆🤩😍🌇
00:00:00 – If just seeing this logo already makes me feel happy… is that love?

00:00:30 – Opening Sequence
The opening sequence kicks in.
It lays out the world-building and setting, and the camera work and editing are absolutely stunning.
I went in with the prejudice that the movie might feel a bit cringy—but even if that turns out to be true, I’m grateful I get to see such beautiful shots.
Visually, it’s dazzling from the start. As the film’s first impression, the colors and lighting are just mesmerizing, pulling the audience right in.
The glamorous stage, the fans’ light sticks—everything feels like an authentic nod to K-pop culture.
But what really caught my eye was: how on earth did they pull off that crowd animation?

The costumes, the choreography—every detail feels so well-studied.

09:10 — First appearance of Gwima and Jinwoo
Jinwoo’s entrance especially? Super cool.

11:25 — When 듀스 – 나를 돌아봐 kicks in.

15:00 — The first scene where we learn that Rumi has evil spirit blood in her.
A story detail that’s really important.

19:53 — The scene where 이박사 – 신라의 달밤 starts playing.

21:27 — Joy’s little walk is just too cute…!

24:24 — First appearance of the Lion Boys.
The HuntRix members are captured in such a funny way.
I mean… popcorn? That’s just too much 😂

26:12 — Soda Pop from the Lion Boys makes an entrance.

Joy is adorable as always.

It’s a small detail, but the way it’s shown feels stylish, not cheesy at all.
29:30 — These goofy poses and expressions keep popping up throughout the movie, and I love it.

31:04 — The bathhouse fight scene.

36:50 — First appearance of Duffy.

Much respect to the animator who made it happen.
38:40 — Rumi follows Duffy’s lead and meets Jinwoo.

He looks at his hand, drifts into the past, tells the story, and then comes back showing the hand marked with the evil spirit’s symbol…
Honestly, one of the coolest scenes in the whole movie.
43:16 — After meeting Jinwoo, Rumi starts to experience new emotions while fighting off evil spirits.

46:00 — The fan signing scene hints at a possible change in Jinwoo’s feelings.

50:00 — Rumi and Jinwoo start sharing their emotions more and more.

Great direction!⭐️
01:00:00 — The truth comes out: Jinwoo had actually betrayed his own family.
He still can’t forgive himself for past mistakes and his own faults.

01:01:31 — HuntRix sharing their feelings and coming together as a team.
I think they did a great job showing the details of them relaxing in comfy clothes at the dorm.

01:01:34 — The final act begins.

The composition, the poses, the lighting—everything looks so beautiful.

01:10:00 — Jinwoo tells Rumi about his past mistakes and the truth.

01:13:00 — Rumi goes to Celine and asks her to kill her.
She’s completely broken emotionally.

Leaving in her evil spirit form? Absolutely epic (so stylish).
01:15:50 — As promised, the Lion Boys start their performance at Namsan Tower.
The song is absolutely amazing, and the lyrics are killer too.

One incredible scene after another!

‘Golden’ is really great.

The direction, costumes, song, concept, and even the nods to Korean culture—this movie is packed with amazing details.

and Jinwoo replies that she already gave him her soul—so he did it.

01:24:00 — “Don’t tell me you love me now.” / “Still… I’ll accept it.”

01:25:00 — Ending! Shows their life afterwards.

!! End !!
